When "Working" Means Nothing
Wisconsin lost another 4,300 private-sector jobs in March. As the nation gains jobs - there is not much room to doubt that Wisconsin's economy is not doing well.
With this new round of numbers - Scott Walker's overall job creation total is a pathetic 5,900 in the last 15 months - making his campaign claim to create 250,000 private-sector jobs in his first term a cruel joke to the people who believed him.
The Siren suggests "It's Working" was never intended to reference the people of Wisconsin who needed jobs, but rather an assessment of how well their bullshit was being swallowed by the true believers who overlook every corrupt, illegal and underhanded act Scott Walker and his administration have pulled over the last year.
We suggest a new slogan as he moves forward: "I can't believe they ate the whole thing."
