Robin Vos Got Served A Subpenis

Correction: Wisconsin State Assembly Speaker was served with a "subpoena" not a "subpenis." We regret any confusion this error may have caused.

Hey kids, remember when state Republicans were drawing state redistricting maps in secret and making sure they got kept secret by having all the other Republicans sign secrecy agreements?

Remember how they didn't have enough room to make the maps over in the cramped state capital building where prying Democrat eyes might see them, so they moved staff members across the street to draw them at the law offices of the guys that represent them in all their lawsuits - but we pay for?

Remember how that judge got really mad and fined the Republicans $17,000.00 because they didn't want to turn over letters and emails they sent to each other about the secret maps created at their lawyer's office by staff members employed by the public?

Remember how Republicans told the judge that those emails and letters were privileged attorney/client stuff even though they were made by state workers on state owned computers paid for by state taxpayers?

Yeah, so now they are telling that judge that they don't know what happened to the computers that had all those emails and letters. Nope, they just disappeared. So sorry, we don't know what happened.

So Robin Vos and others have now been subpoenaed to testify about the whereabouts of those missing computers - any chances they are gonna tell the truth? Can you hear that? It's the sound of erasing a week or so they'll find the swiped computer drives in the back seat of Van Wanggaard's SUV.

Case closed.
