Oopsie, Nass Says He'll Vote No On Budget

In an uncharacteristic break in the Assembly Republican ranks, Whitewater Rep. Steven Nass, came out today with a press release saying he will not vote in favor of Scott Walker's budget.

His top three reasons for his objection?

The $500 million dollar structural deficit, school voucher expansion and the bounty hunter bill - that no one asked for and doesn't belong in a budget anyway.

Now, Little Lord Pops-the-Corn has plenty of votes and thumb screws to get the budget through unchanged - but Nass might represent the first domino of GOP legislators who are unthrilled with with carrying some heavy water for Scott Walker's presidential aspirations.
