Hey! Wisconsin Democrats found their testicles and cashed in on Scott Walker's unfortunate slip of the tongue in a recent interview with a news station in Rhinelander. Walker was quoted in relation to his campaign promise of 250,000 new jobs as saying, "It's really not about jobs."
Not something you want to say in front of a television camera, especially if you made your entire campaign about creating jobs in Wisconsin and then went on to do the exact opposite. WJFW TV took Walker's remark as backing off his campaign pledge.
The point is debatable, but when Walker staffers tried to get the news clip removed - it revealed how much of mistake they thought their boss had made. An interesting story became something much bigger - and more toxic for Walker.
The DPW has made a very nice 30 second commercial that started airing on Sunday.
