Paul Ryan Takes The Vagina Road

What does birth control have to do with the debt ceiling or the government shutdown?

Nothing. Unless you are Paul Ryan.

Oh, the leaders of the GOP were so happy when the golden boy left the congressional gym (No towels man!) to weigh in on the fight to be the craziest Republican fucker to take down their party.

Finally, a sane voice!

Little did they know, the Cheesehead Koch-whore has been tweaking with the crazies too.

Ryan authored an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal where he didn't even mention defunding or delaying Obamacare.

WTF player?

Instead of lending a calming voice to GOP members on the ledge - Ryan bogarted the moment to make  a n o t h e r  play for his Medicare privatization, social security vouchers and a whole bunch of tax breaks for the corporations that fuel his campaign with cash.

Ideas that are really disliked by the public - otherwise we'd be calling him "Vice President Ryan."

So, the more moderate Republicans in his party bitchslapped Ryan around on their twitters and his supporters wondered why he hadn't joined the anti-Obamacare pitchfork crowd. (Because his budget relies on the money saved through Obamacare in order to work. And when he tells them he's still dedicated to repealing it, he's lying - derps - marathon time, y'all???)

So that didn't go very well for him - he needed to pivot.

So what does the brainiac of the GOP pull out of his ass? Birth control.

Yep, over the weekend as Ryan realized a Senate plan was beginning to materialize because they can see the House is out of their tits crazy - Ryan went straight for the vagina:
"According to two Republicans familiar with the exchange, Ryan argued that the House would need those deadlines as “leverage” for delaying the health-care law’s individual mandate and adding a “conscience clause” — allowing employers and insurers to opt out of birth-control coverage if they find it objectionable on moral or religious grounds and mentioned tax and entitlement goals Ryan had focused on in a recent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal."
"Ryan’s speech appeared only to further rile up the conservative wing of the GOP conference, which has been agitating the shutdown strategy to try to tear apart the health-care law."
Really. Why should women who pay for private health insurance through their employers expect to get birth control - especially if their bosses morally object to birth control?

As if the boss doles out the pills each day on break.

When you think about it, crashing the economy is really a small price to pay to keep women from getting affordable birth control. This TOTALLY makes sense.

Paul Ryan is just as crazy and reckless as the rest of his colleagues - except he is the one guy who should actually understand the dangerous game they are playing with the debt ceiling. When all else fails- go after the women to unify the crazies. Wow.
