How Are Those Book Sales, Scooter?

Remember when Scott Walker wrote a book - causing one of the most hilarious co-opting of a title by the Solidarity Sing-Along ever?

The Siren got to wondering on this chilly morning how the sales of Scott Walker's book were doing?

Short answer: Don't ask.

Released at the end of November, just in time for holiday shopping (!?) Walker's book, "Unintimidated: A Governor's Story and a Nation's Challenge," currently ranks #8,494th in the Amazon Best sellers ranking.

Ouch!

Worse, Amazon sold a whopping 447 copies for the entire month of December - the first month of the book's publication. January sales have not picked up with only 124 copies sold so far.

Walker is on track to match the interest in Tim Pawlenty's book from 2011 - yes, he wrote a book and no, that isn't a complement.

At the end of this month when finance reports are due, the public will get a glimpse of how much Walker was paid to write this flop - but judging by lack of interest - it was way too much.
